"Caldwell has been amazing. We originally setup some basic security features and they put it all on one easy to use panel... Part of the original set up visit they also mounted a TV for us - flawless! No wires and they even positioned the mount to be the right angle for the couch. We called them back a second time today to add security cameras. They completed the project in a couple hours, synced everything on the panel and to my cell phone. They told us how to customize options and their staff is amazing. They answered all our questions and gave us tips and tricks to make it all easy. We love these guys and can't recommend them enough! "I reached out to Caldwell to help install a higher voltage door bell. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, my secure system provider simply told me that the door bell we had wasn't conducive to the security system we wanted. I also know nothing about electrical work. All that to say, the secretary and gentleman who helped me schedule the appointment were patient and helpful with helping me figure out what I needed. They were very busy but were able to squeeze in a consultation in just a few days, calling to verify the appointment prior. Two very friendly men looked at everything I had and the requests from our security provider and gave me suggestions and options depending upon how much time I wanted to spend purchasing product myself or how much money I wanted to spend. I appreciated the transparency. The same two men came back a week later and installed everything I needed. If i need more work done, I'll be calling Caldwell. "

"We needed to upgrade our 55 fluorescent light fixtures and called Caldwell. It took a while to get an appointment but afterwards everything went fast. Tim D. was excellent - he provided an estimated the next day with various options. We chose to replace all units with new LED lamps instead of just replacing the tubes. The order arrived faster than estimated and the crew arrived the next day. The crew's work was clean and professional. They even came back after the installation was complete to wipe the lamps clean! They ran into a problem once they took the first lamps down - the wiring was not up to code which extended the installation by one day. However, they did not raise the price although it took quite some material and addtl. man power. Tim came by after the work was done to verify that all was done as promised - yes, it was! I have given up on receiving professional services (any services) in El Paso - I am so glad I called them. Thank you Tim and crew - excellent work. I know whom to call next time I need electrical work to be done. "
